  1. Five children moved to Texas in 2004. 35 days later, due to San Antonio TX CPS mistaking a Release Of Information (ROI) as cause to investigate the family.

The school refused to help mom and Walgreen's refused mom's WI Medicaid card. Nine year-old boy, without his medication, was out of control.
At least two of the three boys remaining, were identified as children with lead poisoning as part of a requirement from the CDC. WI has received millions of dollars because the CDC and WI determined how much the cost would be for taking care of children forced to live in housing with lead paint.

The permanent neurological brain damage, and resulting reading disorders, mental retardation, and conduct disorders are expected when children's brains are damaged by lead from lead- based paint.

The state of Texas has prevented one boy from speaking to his mother for over one year. She has TMC of all three boys, but the state will not inform her of her youngest son's location. She has not spoken to him and does not know if he is alive or dead for over a year.

The most severely effected child, now 15, has a low IQ, testing reflects his cognition to be that of a first grader, and conduct issues are part of caring for him. His mother believes God blessed her with her boys.

Texas continues to keep this child, also two feet shorter than 11 year old brother, locked up in Corsicana TX.

We desperately need help and no one is going to MAKE Bexar County CPS do the right thing by these boys.

Instead of offering ANY help, CPS' response is to take the children away and place them in dangerous placements. One boy, the smallest in stature, was raped and the rape was not reported to anyone, including CPS and the police. Another is considering whether he is gay, "but I like girls" -- because the boys around him are having sex together while staff ignores them.

Two aged out of foster care and left Texas immediately! Three remain and mom is torn to pieces. Unfortunately, the father is not involved and never has been, by his choice to stay drunk and in jail.

Each time we attend court, an attorney sits by an empty chair; for six years! Think of how many services could have been provided to help the mother instead of paying an attorney to sit by his ghost client.

How do we obtain help for these boys who are becoming men in a twisted environment called Foster Care, orphanage style?

Advocacy, Inc. must be sleeping with the enemy because they are useless in this case, and others. CASA is worse!
